The campaign was presented in late May at an exclusive event for approximately 30 CIOs, CISOs, and IT Managers, marking the start of a series of actions aimed at increasing female representation in strategic positions within the sector and reinforcing the importance of data protection as a pillar of corporate sustainability.<\/p>\n\n

During the event, Paoleschi announced that Fenix DFA will allocate 1% of its revenue over the next 12 months in Brazil to support Rebels in Tech campaign projects focused on training, mentorship, and the production of educational content for women in the IT field.<\/p>\n\n
Founded in 2019 by Marjorie Spitalnik, Little Rebels empowers through play, telling the stories of disruptive female figures who have made and are making history, such as Marie Curie and Malala Yousafzai, among others, through educational content and collectible dolls. During the campaign launch, a doll of computing pioneer Ada Lovelace, recognized as the first programmer in history, was introduced. <\/p>\n\n
